The Emergency Department at CHR Kolda operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing immediate care for all medical and surgical emergencies.

• Patient reception and triage by severity
• Life-threatening emergency care
• Trauma and accident management
• Medical emergencies (cardiac, respiratory, neurological)
• Pediatric emergencies
• Referral to specialized departments

Equipment

Our department features modern equipment for resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, and emergency procedures. A medical ambulance (donated by Rotary Club) also enables inter-hospital transfers.

Team

A multidisciplinary team of emergency physicians, specialized nurses, and healthcare assistants ensures continuous coverage.
